 From a small border town to the leader of her portfolio, Corina is not only driving her entities forward, but paving the way for other emerging leaders in this highly competitive industry.  

Corina has worked in the real estate and construction industry for over 18 years, with experience in land development, retail and office leasing, property management, investment sales, construction project management, and real estate investments.

In addition to real estate and construction, Corina has vast experience as a grant writer.  Early on, she joined a governmental and urban planning consulting firm as a Governmental Planner and Grant Administrator. This is where she became intimately familiar with zoning, urban planning, and other developmental approval processes for master-planned developments as well as representing Economic Development Corporations, Developers, and Landlords.
